Nicholas Richberg is an award-winning producer, actor, and theater executive who has received critical acclaim for his broad range of work. Nicholas currently serves as Managing Director of Miami New Drama at the Colony Theatre, the largest bilingual theater in the US and one of the fastest growing cultural institutions in Florida. At MiND he has produced groundbreaking world premieres such as A Wonderful World - a new musical about the life of Louis ArmstrongThe Cubans, and 7 Deadly Sins, which was nominated for a Drama League Award and praised by the New York Times as the largest live professional theatrical production in the country during the Covid-19 shutdown. He previously served as Managing Director of Zoetic Stage at the Adrienne Arsht Center, where he produced multiple seasons of award-winning work while overseeing a period of sustained growth and expansion. In his 30-year career as an actor and singer, Nicholas has worked in television, commercials, and on dozens of stages, for which he has been recognized numerous times by the Carbonell Awards, the Miami Herald, and has twice been named Best Actor by Miami New Times. A Cuban-American Miami native and graduate of the University of Miami, Richberg was recognized as a Miami Foundation Miami Leader, holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University, and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at Brown University and IE Business School in Madrid.
